As a non polar emollient derived from renewable coconut sources, GRANKANE 1214 LC offers attractive volatility profile for formulations. It can replace D5 Cyclopentasiloxane while maintaining a flash point of ~78°C. It also exhibits excellent compatibility with silicones, resulting in formulations with improved aesthetics.
