GALACID HEAT STABL 88 % USP

Galacid™ Heat-Stable 88 is a high L(+) and natural lactic acid produced by fermentation. It is a transparent, syrupy and hygroscopic liquid that is nearly odorless and has a mild acidic taste. Its coloration does not exceed 50 Hazen after being heated for two hours at 200°C. It is soluble in water and ethanol. Galacid™ Heat-Stable 88 has a total acidity (as lactic acid) of min. 88, and a stereochemical purity of min. 97. This product is Kosher and Halal compliant, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and GRAS.
