DYNASYLAN VPS 4721

DYNASYLAN VPS 4721 is a versatile bifunctional organosilane featuring reactive organic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. This unique dual reactivity enables VPS 4721 to chemically bond with both inorganic materials (e.g., glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g., thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), serving as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent, and/or surface modifier. As a colorless liquid, it dissolves easily in alcohols, ketones, and aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons. VPS 4721 offers a multitude of benefits, including enhancement of mechanical properties, moisture and corrosion resistance, electrical properties, substrate adhesion, crosslinking of compatible polymers and polymer dispersions, and improvement in storage stability of formulations.
