Ceska®-Star Z922 is a concentrated culture in deep frozen pellets, containing strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis / cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis and Leuconostoc sp. in combination with Streptococcus thermophilus. The culture is meant as direct vat inoculant for the production of fresh cheese and fresh fermented products.
