Ceska®-Star G500 is a concentrated culture in deep frozen pellets, containing strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis / cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis var. diacetylactis and Leuconostoc spec. The culture is of the LD type and meant as direct vat inoculant for the production of fresh cheese and fermented milk products.
