ARASCO

ARASCO is a vegetable oil from fungi that contains approximately 40% arachidonic acid (ARA) in the form of triglycerides. ARASCO can be used in food applications. ARASCO contains arachidonic acid which is beneficial for food products as it is an important fatty acid for brain and eye health. ARASCO has added antioxidants like ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherols to prevent oxidation during food processing and storage. ARASCO is stable for 36 months when stored below -20°C and can be used in food formulations.
