SOLUCOTE 1302I-3-35

SOLUCOTE 1302I-3-35 is a waterborne polyurethane dispersion specifically designed as a heat sealable coating for sealing PET blisters and fold- package applications. SOLUCOTE 1302I-3-35 offers reduced heat seal temperatures necessary for most PET blister sealing operations. It is designed to be applied in-line over standard wax-free litho and flexographic inks. SOLUCOTE 1302I-3-35 provides excellent bond strengths at recommended coating weights. It also offers good heat seals to PET blisters. Being waterborne based, SOLUCOTE 1302I-3-35 is environmentally friendly. A dry coating weight of 0.5-0.75lbs./1000ft2 (2.4-3.6 gm/m2) is recommended for SOLUCOTE 1302I-3-35. It allows sealed surfaces up to one year, but use within 3 months is recommended. SOLUCOTE 1302I-3-35 is suitable for applications requiring durable, flexible and environmentally compliant sealed surfaces.
