Concentrated culture in deep frozen pellets, containing bioprotective strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris. The culture is meant as direct vat inoculant in order to help to prevent late blowing at the production of semi-hard cheese varieties, cheese made from raw milk and cheese for the organic segment.
