UTECHLLAN TPU 95AU INJ is an injection molding grade thermoplastic polyurethane with high mechanical strength and UV resistance properties. The material offers excellent durability and is ideal for applications requiring toughness. UTECHLLAN TPU 95AU INJ has a shore hardness of 49D and an ultimate tensile strength of 54.0 MPa, making it suitable for components and parts that undergo stresses. Its high strain at break of 460% provides flexibility and impact resistance. The product also demonstrates good abrasion resistance at 50mm3 and tear propagation resistance at 145kN/m, benefiting applications in industries involving wear and tear. UTECHLLAN TPU 95AU INJ can be processed via injection molding within the recommended temperature range of 200-220°C for melt and 20-40°C for molds.
