MONDUR MRS

Mondur MRS is a high functionality polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (pMDI) with an enhanced 2,4 -MDI isomer content. It has a NCO content of min. 31.1% and viscosity of 150-250 mPas at 25°C, making it suitable for applications requiring high reactivity. As a polymeric MDI, Mondur MRS offers processing advantages over monomeric MDIs due to its lower volatility and reduced health risks. It can be used in the production of various advanced materials requiring semi-flexible and semi-rigid foams for insulation, due to its uniform molecular structure and enhanced functionality. Mondur MRS demonstrates improved temperature stability and mechanical properties in final products.
