HORDAPHOS 1306 is a polymer ester-based extreme-pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) additive based on iso-tridecyl ethylene glycol and phosphoric acid, offering additional emulsification and corrosion-inhibiting properties. It is used in soluble oils, semisynthetic metalworking fluids, rolling emulsions and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, providing corrosion protection for steel and aluminum and helping minimize copper and cobalt leaching.
