GENENCARE OSMS BH

GENENCARE OSMS BH is a highly purified betaine extracted from sugar beet. It is a natural osmolyte that protects cells from environmental stress and specifically dehydration (control of cell water balance). As a cosmetic ingredient, it has a moisturizing effect with protection and sensorial benefits in many applications. GENENCARE OSMS BH is readily soluble in water and therefore easy to formulate. It gives colorless solutions and is compatible with most ingredients, allowing a wide range of applications and formulation possibilities. It increases the thickening effect of carbomers. GENENCARE OSMS BH can be used in every water-containing formula from simple lotions, skin creams (emulsions) to improve moisture retention and protect the skin barrier.
