EUDRAGIT RS 30 D

EUDRAGIT RS 30 D is an aqueous dispersion of EUDRAGIT RS 100 with 30% dry substance. It contains 0.25% sorbic acid as a preservative and 0.1% sodium hydroxide as an alkalizing agent. EUDRAGIT RS 30 D has a weight average molar mass of approximately 32,000 g/mol and is described as Type B in the USP/NF and JPE monographs. It has a milky-white liquid appearance and is soluble in water in any proportion. EUDRAGIT RS 30 D is suitable for use in formulations where a film forming polymer is required. Its film forming properties allow for controlled and sustained release of active ingredients. EUDRAGIT RS 30 D can be used to develop products that provide long lasting effects and protection.
