MPC 70

MPC 70 is a high quality milk protein concentrate derived from ultra-filtration of fresh skim milk. MPC 70 contains 70% protein and is naturally high in lactose. As a food industry ingredient, MPC 70 provides protein fortification and texture enhancement. Its high protein content and low moisture content make it suitable for use in various food applications. MPC 70 does not contain any added preservatives, neutralizing agents, or other chemicals. It is produced from fresh milk produced by healthy cows without the use of rBST.
