DESMODUR TDL630 is a polyurethane prepolymer that can be used in the production of high-performance elastomers. DESMODUR TDL630 offers properties like improved tensile strength, elongation and tear resistance when cured with MOCA chain extender. It has NCO content of 3.15% and viscosity of 1300 cps at 80°C processing temperature, making it easy to incorporate into resin systems. Elastomers made using DESMODUR TDL630 as prepolymer exhibit shore hardness range of 80A, tensile strength of 50 MPa and elongation of 600% as per typical properties.
