DELVOCOAT 07081 is an aqueous dispersion of polyvinyl acetate (PVA) used in the food industry. DELVOCOAT 07081 provides benefits for food applications as it acts as a protective coating. As a coating, DELVOCOAT 07081 helps extend the shelf life of products and protects them from moisture, oils and other contaminants. DELVOCOAT 07081 has a minimum film forming temperature of 6-7°C making it suitable for use in refrigerated and frozen food applications. Its viscosity of 7000-10000 mPa-s and pH of 4.5 also make it well-suited for food use. DELVOCOAT 07081 is preserved with Natamycin (E235) to maintain freshness during shelf life.
