Concentrated culture in deep frozen pellets, containing strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis / cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis var. diacetylactis and Leuconostoc sp. in combination with Streptococcus thermophilus. The culture is meant as direct vat inoculant for the production of semi-hard cheese varieties with eyes, like Gouda, Edam and Maasdam.
