DESMOPHEN 670 BA

DESMOPHEN 670 BA is a slightly branched hydroxyl-bearing polyester that is commonly used as a co-reactant with Desmodur® N 75 and ultra N 3390 in the formulation of weather-stable flexible coatings. As a co-reactant in these systems, DESMOPHEN 670 BA helps impart excellent low temperature flexibility and very good weather stability to the resulting films. These properties make coatings containing DESMOPHEN 670 BA well-suited for applications in the advanced materials industry where durability, flexibility and resistance to environmental conditions are important. DESMOPHEN 670 BA can also be added to other two-component polyurethane systems used in advanced materials to improve their flexibility. It is soluble in common solvents, which allows for versatile incorporation into coating formulations.
