BAYTEC MP-080

BAYTEC MP-080 is a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)-terminated polyether prepolymer based on polypropylene ether glycol (PPG). It forms clear, moisture-cured films and is used in the formulation of one-component moisture-cured binders for two-component sealants and cast elastomers. BAYTEC MP-080 prepolymer provides excellent adhesion, flexibility and durability properties ideal for applications requiring high performance sealing and elasticity. It has high tensile strength, elongation and cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form tough, flexible and adhesive films. BAYTEC MP-080 is suitable for applications involving rubber crumb binders, flexible caulks and sealants where resistance to moisture and weathering is important.
