TEGO AIREX 921 is a silicone-free deaerator concentrate that provides outstanding compatibility for non-aqueous formulations. It allows for fast and efficient foam breakdown. As an organic polymer that is silicone-free, TEGO AIREX 921 is recoatable and glueable. It is suitable for UV inkjet and various application methods including brush, roller, airless spraying and compressed air spraying. TEGO AIREX 921 is soluble in many common solvents and can be added at 0.5-1.0% to formulations. When used in clear or pigmented radiation-curing formulations, TEGO AIREX 921 helps reduce foaming and entrapped air for a smooth finish. Its universal use and silicone-free properties make it well-suited for industries where recoating and adhesion are important.
