FERROSIL 14 F

FERROSIL 14 F is a naturally occurring mineral mixture of almandite and pyrope. It has high uniform specific gravity, low oil absorption, fine particle size (98% finer than 14 microns), and a high Mohs hardness. FERROSIL 14 F can be used as a pigment extender in various applications. Its high whiteness and brightness of 96% and 90% respectively along with low oil absorption of 75 g/100g and specific gravity of 2.62 g/cm3 makes it suitable for applications where opacity and hiding power is required without compromising on performance. FERROSIL 14 F also has a bulking value of 21.91 lbs. per gal/Kgs. per liter and refractive index of 1.62, making it an effective filler material.
