BAYFLEX XGT-140 ISO COMP A

BAYFLEX XGT-140 ISO COMP A is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer used as a component in the BAYFLEX XGT-140 elastomeric polyurethane system. As the isocyanate component, BAYFLEX XGT-140 ISO COMP A reacts with the polyol component to form the polyurethane during the reaction injection molding process. The extended gel time provided by BAYFLEX XGT-140 ISO COMP A allows for molding of large, complex parts on existing injection equipment used in advanced material manufacturing.
