BAYDUR 726 IBS-A

BAYDUR 726 IBS-A is a high-density polyurethane structural foam system used in reaction injection molding process. It incorporates a specially engineered interactive blowing system and supplied as two reactive liquid components - Component A is a modified polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate prepolymer blend, and Component B is a formulated polyol system containing no CFC- or HCFC-blowing additives. BAYDUR 726 IBS-A system is used in applications requiring a UL94 flammability rating of V-0 and/or 5VA. It offers strength, excellent surface finish and large-part capability ideal for the Advanced Materials industry. BAYDUR 726 IBS-A allows manufacturing of complex parts with tight tolerances for the Advanced Materials sector due to its high strength to weight ratio and dimensional stability during processing and usage.
