ACEMATT OK 412 SS

ACEMATT OK 412 SS is a wax-treated, medium particle sized precipitated silica. It offers very high compatibility and can be used in a large variety of applications. ACEMATT OK 412 SS provides benefits such as very low viscosity impact, high surface smoothness and is an all purpose silica. It has a carbon content of 5.5%, DOA absorption of 240 ml/100g and Grindometer value of 27 um. ACEMATT OK 412 SS has a matting efficiency due to its particle size of 6.3 um and provides transparency, smoothness and haptic. Its addition rate is 1.5 - 7.0% and it can be added to formulations as supplied or as a predilution. ACEMATT OK 412 SS ensures sedimentation behavior and is suitable for high solids pigmented, clear and radiation-curing applications where it provides surface quality.
