SAPOGENAT T 139

Sapogenat T 139 is a nonionic wetting and dispersing agent and emulsifier for construction formulations. Sapogenat T 139 has the following use functions: − Improves wetting of the solid and coarse particles and reduces the mixing and preparation time of construction materials − Disperses inorganic pigments and carbon blacks in colorants for colored concrete and reduces the sensitivity against water hardness salts. Dosage: 20 – 40 wt.% on carbon blacks − Plasticizing effect for construction products made from cement, gypsum and lime and improves flow and workability. Dosage: 200 – 500 ppm active substance in the formulation − Improves compatibility and prevents agglomeration of polymer binders in construction products with high electrolyte content. Dosage: 0,05 – 0,3 active substance in the formulation
