CERATOSIL® / CERATOFIX® VS2 is a sodium bentonite with outstanding adsorption capacity and swelling power. It is very well suited as a filler and as a carrier substance for reactive and inert materials. As an effective structuring agent it serves for shaping, improves extrusion behaviour and prevents from settling. It is also used in glazes and engobes, as well as in monolithic refractory masses and washes.
