TEGO Protect 5001 is a hydroxy-functional silicone polyacrylate additive that provides marker resistance and anti-graffiti effect for various applications. TEGO Protect 5001 has highly compatible properties which minimizes the risk of haziness and delivers outstanding hydro- and oleophobic performance. It also offers additional release effect benefits. As an additive, TEGO Protect 5001 can be added at 1.0-5.0% to formulations to protect surfaces from stains and graffiti while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. TEGO Protect 5001 is compatible with various binders and can be easily incorporated under agitation or during the grind process depending on the formulation type.
