DISPERCOLL S 3020 is an aqueous anionic colloidal solution of amorphous silicon dioxide intended as a component for waterborne formulations. DISPERCOLL S 3020 provides excellent storage stability and is particularly suitable for 1-K spray formulations with low pH values. It can be used to obtain the proper viscosity for applications through the addition of nano zinc oxide to the adhesive formulation. Formulations with DISPERCOLL S 3020 will show improved moisture resistance and higher heat resistance. DISPERCOLL S 3020 allows formulating coatings with enhanced properties like resistance to environmental factors.
