BAYTEC ENC 88

BAYTEC ENC 88 is a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI) that is used in the manufacture of polyurethane encapsulants, binders, adhesives, and elastomers. BAYTEC ENC 88 has a dark brown to black liquid appearance and specific gravity of 1.24 at 25°C. It has a flash point of 199 °C and viscosity of 200 mPas at 25°C. BAYTEC ENC 88 contains 31.5% NCO and has an acidity of 0.02%. It is suitable for applications that require materials with high heat resistance, durability and strength. BAYTEC ENC 88 can be used to produce high-performance composite materials used in industries that demand optimal mechanical and thermal properties even under harsh and demanding conditions.
