ACCELERATOR ZDEC
ZDEC (Zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate) is a highly active, ultra-fast vulcanization accelerator used in sulfur curing systems for natural and synthetic rubbers. It provides rapid cure rates and high crosslinking efficiency, making it especially suitable for latex applications. ZDEC offers strong resistance to premature vulcanization (scorch) under controlled conditions, and is often used in combination with other accelerators, such as thiazoles, to optimize curing performance and processing safety
